Crepes Caseras



This simple recipe will teach you how to make tasty crepes at home. These crepes are great for breakfast or dessert, and your family and friends will love them.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions:

Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl

Put the eggs in a different bowl and beat them

Then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract

Combine well

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones slowly while whisking all the time to keep the mixture from getting lumpy

Put a crepe pan or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter

As you pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirl it around to cover the bottom evenly

For one to two minutes, or until the edges begin to lift, cook

Carefully flip the crepe over and cook for another one to two minutes, until it's just beginning to turn golden

Take the crepe out of the pan and do it again with the rest of the batter

If you need to, add more butter or oil

You can put Nutella, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or anything else you like inside your homemade crepes
