This Super Quick Avocado Shrimp Salad is a tasty and healthy dish that you can eat for lunch or dinner. Every bite is a blast of flavor thanks to the creamy avocados, juicy shrimp, and tangy lime dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens for serving

Instructions:
