This Hamburger Queso Dip with Rotel is a hearty and flavorful appetizer perfect for parties or game day gatherings. Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned
Drain excess grease
In a slow cooker or a large saucepan, combine cooked ground beef, Velveeta cheese cubes, Rotel tomatoes and chilies, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and all ingredients are well combined, about 30 minutes to 1 hour
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for dipping
